Creation of a series of magazines and image brochures for Eifel Tourism, focusing on their exceptional hiking and cycling adventures. My aim was to visually capture the dynamic natural beauty and diverse outdoor experiences that the Eifel region offers.
The Eifel is a region shaped by millions of years of geological evolution, where the elements of fire, water, air, and earth have created a landscape of breathtaking diversity. From ancient volcanic formations and tranquil maars to lush forests and charming historical towns, the Eifel provides a rich tapestry of experiences for hikers and cyclists alike.
Problem
Eifel Tourism needed a way to effectively communicate the allure of its diverse outdoor adventures—ranging from the iconic Eifelsteig hiking trail to the scenic Vennbahn cycle route. The challenge was to create engaging promotional materials that not only captured the region’s geological and historical uniqueness but also inspired both seasoned and novice adventurers to explore its vast network of trails and cultural sites.
Solution
I designed visually striking magazines and brochures to showcase the Eifel’s stunning landscapes, including volcanic formations, serene maars, and historic landmarks. Using captivating photography and clean design, I highlighted the excitement of the region’s hiking trails and cycling routes. Each piece features detailed maps, trail highlights, and cultural insights, offering a comprehensive guide for both leisurely and adventurous explorers. My goal was to effectively communicate the Eifel’s diverse offerings and inspire readers to experience its remarkable scenery and rich heritage.
